Christmas Letter to Parents
Dear Parents and Carers,
As we approach the end of the Autumn term, I want to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to you all for your continued support, your cheer on the gate and that of your children.
As we all here at school breathe a sigh of relief as the end of the term comes into view, the last of the glitter is hoovered up from the carpet, and the shepherd’s tea towels are safely stored away for another year, we hand your children over to you for the Christmas break and we hope that you have the opportunity to have some family time together.
Just like Reception’s Nativity, Christmas doesn’t always go as planned but it is all the more special because of it. So take care of each other, take time to relax and we look forward to seeing you all back in the new year.
Below we have our Christmas homework suggestions:
· Eat a yummy Christmas dinner
· Play a game
· Watch a Christmas movie
· Sing Christmas songs
· Make a Christmas decoration or card for someone special
· Read a Christmas book
· Have a fantastic Christmas and come back to school ready to learn lots in January
Have a very merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year.
From Mrs Hirst and all the staff at West Park Academy
Have a wonderful break and we'll see you all back at school on Wednesday 3rd January 2024, 8:45am.
