Fitness Tracker

Hello everyone, hope you have all had a fantastic Easter break.  Let’s kick off the new half term with lots of fun activities that will get your heart pumping, feet moving and brain working.  Mrs Black would like children to take part in a fitness diary!

Complete this fitness diary each day to show how many active minutes you have managed to achieve. I wonder if you can hit the 60 minute daily milestone?  The fitness tracker is available here but also on each class VLE page.

These activities could include: playing in your garden, star jumps, sprints up and down the stairs, your daily walk, cycle or jog…anything that gets you moving!

Upload your tracker and any photographs of you completing your activities to the VLE or email Mrs Black –
