FAO: Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 parents
As per requirements by the Government, please contact the school office via email or phone once a week to inform us of the reason your child is not in school.
Please choose one of the following reasons;
- Parental choice
- Illness (not linked to Covid 19)
- Child has suspected or confirmed Covid19
- Shielding for self or other family member
- Household self-isolation
The government have requested that information is recorded every week , even if your circumstances do not change. We anticipate a high volume of calls so emailing the school office is probably the best way to inform us (admin@westparkacademy.org.uk).
