Mental Health Day

This week we have looked at the importance of good mental health. We have identified 10 things we can do each day that make a difference. 

We have Emotional Literacy Support Assistants in school that help us with our feelings and emotional check-ins throughout the day.  

We will be encouraging all the children to take these 10 steps each day to look after their mental health.
